Of course, whilst you’re burning off all those calories engaging in exciting water sports, you’re building up a hunger to rival a grizzly bear. There is no shame in using your rest days to simply eat, eat and eat some more. Plus, you will need the energy for the next day when you get back onto your surfboard, into your sailing boat or dive deep down into the ocean to explore. This way, you can relax and watch the world go by whilst you refuel.
